工作职责:
1. 负责企财险、意责险理赔案件处理；
2. 负责重大案件的查勘定损、复勘调查等工作；
3. 负责分公司疑难案件的风险排查及自主调查；
4. 负责总结、归纳典型案件，提出相关技术整改意见；
5. 负责协调安排外部合作机构开展疑难案件调查；
6. 负责业务相关数据的上报、客户投诉处理。
任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历，临床医学、药学、护理学、法学、保险学等专业优先；
2. 保险行业3年以上相关工作经验，可以独立处理非车案件；
3. 有重大、疑难案件及客户投诉处理经验者优先考虑；
4. 具备理赔数据统计、分析以及撰写报告的能力；
5. 具有较强的沟通和协调能力、较强的敬业精神和工作热情，责任心强，抗压能力强。
