职位信息
岗位职责：
1、熟悉空运出口操作流程，熟悉国际机场地面操作流程，有扎实的贸易基础知识，熟悉国际贸易术语；
2、能够核实货物的货型、比重及价格，保持与责任销售的有效沟通；
3、能够完成订舱-操作-账单制作-货物跟踪等工作，并向客户进行反馈；
3、对于货物异常问题，能够及时高效处理，积极提升客户满意度；
4、能熟练使用办公软件以及邮件。
任职条件：
1、有至少3年同职位工作经验；
2、工作认真负责，做事细心，吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
3、大专及以上学历，物流、外贸或英语等专业优先，具备良好的英语书写能力，能和国外客户进行邮件沟通；
4、个人品行端正有良好的职业操守。
上班时间为9.00-12.00 13.30-17.30
周一到周六，休息日为：周日+一天调休。保证周末双休
