一、工作地点:
东莞分公司(莞城区)、广州分公司(天河区)、深圳分公司(南山区)视个人意愿选择。
二、工作内容:
1、负责B端大客户的多元化产品推广和销售(产品包括但不限于:招聘平台广告,校园招聘定制,猎头项目、培训课程、测评体系等);
2、挖掘分析大客户的人力资源需求,挖掘客户商机、为客户制定合理化招聘解决方案;
3、发挥主观能动性,收集一线营销信息、用户意见、市场信息、竞争方信息;
4、做好客户关系维护,提供优质售后服务,推动客户成交,达成业绩目标,做好应收账款管理。
三、任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历;
2、三年以上同行业或相关行业B端客户销售/推广/咨询工作经验;
2、形象良好,开朗乐观,较强的承压能力,执行力强;
3、较强的商务谈判和沟通技巧,具有一定方案撰写、项目跟进、演讲展示能力;
4、具备同行业、同等职位经验和案例者尤佳。
四、薪资福利
1、薪资结构:无责任底薪6-8K/月(面试定级,一线城市略高)+提成+奖金+补贴,综合收入10~20K/月;
2、工作时间:五天工作制(周一至五9:00~18:00,周末双休),并享受国家法定节假日及带薪年假等各类国家规定的假期;
3、入职即参缴五险一金(社保、公积金),转正之后再补充缴纳商业医疗保险;
4、 不定期下午茶、聚餐、旅游、各种丰富的团建活动;
5、每年免费体检、不定期拓展旅游等团建活动
