Product Sourcing:
？ Source products according to the OB product plan given by the OB Product Specialist(s) in Sweden and finalize the specifications
？ Keep close connection with suppliers on updated products features and prices to recommend necessary information to OB Product Specialist(s) in Sweden
Suppliers Selection:
？ Select right suppliers through fair or internet (include factory visit, meeting report)
？ Negotiate all business terms such as price, delivery, warranty terms etc.
Project Management:
？ Order samples, follow up sample delivery from the beginning of sample assortment with the support of the Logistics coordinator
？ Follow-up sample quality test result in coordination with Quality Team and make final presentation to Sweden.
？ Get the order from Sweden and finalize price negotiation and delivery time initial confirmation with suppliers.
？ Prepare order (order registration, excel order) and place order with suppliers, supervise order administration,
？ Keep close connection with TQE team to review the artwork, packing quality and solve faulty item issue
？ Liaise with suppliers to keep order running smoothly and support business development & growth.
Running Business:
？ Continuously improvements of running business (repeat orders), developing supplier relation, improving price and product quality
Problem Solving:
？ Solve any cases that are inconsistent with initial requirements such as payment term disagreement, products quantity shortage, excessive MOQ, etc.
work experience at buying office/retailing company is preferred
