职位信息
1.处理阿里巴巴店铺装修，优化，跟进客户咨询，促成下订单。参加国内行业展会。
2.通过旺旺聊天工具与客户在线交流，了解客户需求，妥善处理客户要求；
3.能较好的掌握顾客购物心理，适时推荐产品，有效达成销售目标；
4.负责下单，订单跟进，物流情况跟进；
5.必须有责任感，服务意识强，具备团队合作精神，遵守公司规章制度。
任职要求:
1、一年以上相关经验，技术全面，能够独立负责整个店铺的运营工作；
2.熟悉阿里巴巴平台及规则,熟悉各种营销工具，对站内推广有独到见解；熟悉平台各大官方活动；
3.热爱电子商务行业，有上进心，工作认真负责；
4.为人踏实、诚恳、易沟通；
5.电脑操作熟练，通晓互联网及办公软件；
6.有工作激情，善于沟通，有团队合作意识，较强的学习能力，有责任心。
