岗位职责
1.学员管理：
1）负责线上学员的学习跟进，定期通过电话、社群、在线工具与学员沟通，了解学习进度及困难。
2）建立学员档案，记录学习数据、反馈问题及解决方案。
2.学习计划制定：
1）根据学员基础及课程要求，协助制定个性化学习计划，确保学习目标达成。
3.进度跟踪与反馈：
1）定期检查学员作业完成情况、课程参与度，对落后学员提供针对性督促与支持。
2）收集学员及家长（如适用）的反馈，及时向教研团队传递需求，优化教学服务。
4.数据分析与优化：
1）分析学员学习数据（如出勤率、作业得分、考试结果），提出改进建议并形成报告。
5.学习社群运营：
1）组织线上学习活动（如打卡、答疑、分享会），提升学员学习积极性和粘性。
6.跨部门协作：
1）与教研、教师、客服团队紧密配合，确保学员全流程学习体验。
任职资格
基本要求：
1.学历：本科及以上学历，教育学、心理学、教育技术、语言类或相关专业优先。
2.经验：1-2年以上在线教育、督学、班主任或学习规划相关工作经验。
3.技能：
1）优秀的沟通能力、亲和力及服务意识，能有效调动学员积极性。
2）熟练使用Office办公软件及在线教学平台（如ClassIn、腾讯课堂等）。
3）具备基础数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并提出解决方案。
4.特质：
1）责任心强，耐心细致，具备抗压能力。
2）适应灵活工作时间（部分时段需配合学员需求）。
加分项：
61 有心理咨询、生涯规划相关证书或经验。
61 熟悉社群运营或用户增长策略。
