1.Design and develop components and new products to meet customer and market needs using CAD system.
使用Creo设计开发部件和新产品，满足客户和市场需求。
2.Handle engineering change requests (ECR) by modifying current product design.
修改当前产品设计来处理工程变更请求。
3.Analyze the field problem reported and develop solutions to rectify the problems.
分析现场问题并制定解决方案。
4.Participate in a cross-functional team to develop new products.
参与跨职能团队开发新产品。
5.Manage engineering documentation.
管理工程技术文档。
6.Develop special designs to meet customer requests and provide the essential supporting calculations.
按客户特殊要求进行设计并提供必要的计算支持。
7.Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) and provide the purchasing department with product specifications.
准备物料清单并提供采购部门产品规格。
8.Interface with shop personnel during fabrication and testing to ensure product compliance with design formation and delivery requirements.

Qualification/任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. 大学本科，机械工程或相似专业。
2. 2 years above mechanical design experiences, 3 to 5 years design experience in engineering or mineral machinery industry will be plus.02 三至五年机械设计工作经验,两年以上工程或矿山机械设计经验。
3. Have the work experience with hydraulic piping design. 拥有液压管路设计布置工作经验。
4. Proficient with Creo solid modeling, must demonstrate good modeling, drafting and large assembling skills with Creo. 熟练使用Creo建模、出图。
5. Good communication in Chinese and English, CET4 above is a plus.良好的中英文沟通能力, 英语4级以上优先。
6. Accept business trips 接受出差。
7. Independent worker, Team-player, Self-motivator, good coordinator and strong ability of learning etc.能独立完成工作，有团队协作精神、自我激励和良好的沟通能力、很强的学习能力。
