职位信息
岗位职责：
1、操作部门内所有项目的招标及监督工作（工作涉及比较杂，具体工作具体安排），收集所有项目价格及标书，找出重点，给出反馈，对所有文件进行监控和备档，审核所有采购价格及采购合同的匹配性。
2、对新项目监控及邮件提报公司采购委员会人员审批，下达审批后结果。
3、对于有疑问的供应商要做到出差去审核，给出监察部门的反馈信息。
4、对于操作中，有问题的流程给出监察见意，要求整改和梳理。
5、对于不合理的流程要敢于提报公司，及委员会人员，监督后续改进状况。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有财务方面的知识优选，对数字有敏感度，有独立分析数据的能力，有较强的沟通力及逻辑性。
2、需要适当出差，能积极配合各部门及部门内的工作安排。
3、能主动探索学习新的项目，有发现问题的主动性。
