工作职责:
-Agile development: Applying agile method into iterative development environment and continuous improvement of the products.
-Problem solving: The ability to analyze complex technical problems or failures, identify root-causes, and develop effective solutions.
-Technical knowledge: Understanding of engineering principles, user-centered design, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, etc.
-Negotiation skill: Effectively negotiating terms and conditions to reach service level agreement that ensures the quality-of-service provider.
-Conflict management: Resolving conflicts or escalated issues in a way that maintains customer trust and company reputation.
-Customer service: Providing exceptional service to ease customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Coordination: Coordinating proper scheduling and performance of installation, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts supply
-Other tasks assigned by PO

1.Good technical understanding of product to be managed.
2.Good project management skills to ensure new product on time delivery to market with each milestone and business target achievement.
3.Good communication, organization, and coordination skills.
4.Entrepreneur spirit, good work sense of responsibility
5.Self-driving and self-learning ability, teamwork for the goals and objectives.
6.Willing and daring to undertake new challenges with cross-functions.
