Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
61 Lead product development for Tmall Store, collaborate with external partner on fashion industry category analysis, set specific strategy to drive growth of our core and category businesses, and explore potential growth opportunities for product categories.
61 Lead Tmall content management and establish partnership with Red Book to fuel the business growth through content marketing channel.
61 Support the line manager in defining key priorities & initiatives needed to drive conversion & experience elevation.
Store Operation
61 Support line manager to build up weekly/monthly/quarterly operation KPIs & closely monitor and adjust tactics based on business performance.
61 Support line manager in driving sales strategy execution while meeting turnover and profit targets.
61 Support store operation including building up seasonal digital calendar and campaign plan, TP/vendor management, Traffic management, store UI/UX and innovative initiative with cross-functional support.
61 Drive content development including budget and plan, execution calendar, performance tracking and recap on monthly/quarterly basis with key stakeholders.
61 Support KPI analysis and recap for all digital campaigns and brand marketing initiatives.
61 Maintain strong relationships with internal functional and external Trade Partner & 3rd party platform partners to secure necessary resources and ensure successful execution of operational plans.
61 Summarize learnings and suggestions for improvement on a regular basis and provide insights and recommendations to internal & external teams
Requirements
61 Bachelor's degree or equivalent
61 4-6 years’ experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing
61 Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
61 Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong, client-service approach
61 Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
61 Self-starter, responsible, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
61 Ability to multitask/handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
61 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally
61 Strong analytical skills
61 Collaborative, adaptive, resourceful team player
61 Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
