【工作内容】
- 负责制定和执行安全保卫计划，确保公司财产和员工的安全。
- 对保安团队进行日常管理，包括排班、培训、指导及评估保安人员的工作表现。
- 处理突发事件，如火灾、盗窃等紧急情况，并协调相关部门进行应对。
- 定期巡视公司各区域，检查安全隐患，并提出改进建议。
- 与当地警方和其他相关机构保持良好的沟通和协作关系。
- 对保安设备进行维护和管理，确保其正常运作。
【任职要求】
- 具备高中及以上学历，退伍军人或有安保行业从业经验者优先考虑。
- 拥有至少3年以上的安保或管理岗位工作经验，熟悉安全管理和应急处理流程。
- 具备优秀的组织协调能力和团队领导力，能够有效管理团队并激励员工。
- 熟悉安防设备的操作与维护，了解消防和应急救援知识。
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和服务意识，能够妥善处理客户关系。
- 工作态度认真负责，具备较强的抗压能力，适应轮班制度。
