1、 负责注塑车间日常开机生产及过程工艺调整；
2、 负责生产机台模具的日常保养维护并记录；
3、 持续改进生产技术工艺，提高生产效率；
4、维护生产机台的正常生产及工艺监控记录；
5、 协助注塑主管监督生产中各工作岗位正常运转；
6、 改善因技术问题而导致的产品质量问题；
7、 努力学习注塑成型技术工艺，提高自身技术水平；
8、 协助主管做好车间7S工作
9、 向生产主管汇报工作并积极参与并改善工作绩效
任职要求：熟悉注塑机及周边设备的调试，2年以上精密塑胶件调机工作经验。 懂得7S的内容与要求， 有较强的责任心和职业素质， 能吃苦耐劳和对技术精益求精的工作态度。适应两班倒工作制度。
