主要职责/Responsibilities:
1. 执行并改进行政相关政策和流程，包括但不仅限于办公室用品的采购和管理、饮用水和绿化的管理、行政固定资产和费用的管理等。
2. 负责公司的访客接待，具备良好的礼仪和沟通能力，安排接待细节。
3. 负责办公室的日常行政服务，包括但不限于前台、会议室、茶水间、员工工位和柜子以及钥匙等的管理。
4. 负责行政相关的供应商的维护和管理工作，包括供应商的评估、管理和成本控制等。
5. 协助办理员工入职手续，包括门禁卡、工位、铭牌、卡贴、名片及入职办公用品的准备。
6. 负责苏州工厂总经理的行政支持工作，包括但不限于重要访客接待、会议室准备、项目文件和数据处理等。
7. 上级领导安排的其他行政相关工作。
教育、资质和经验/Education, Qualifications and Experience
1. 教育背景：本科学历，英语、文秘等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验：3~4年相关工作经验，有文秘工作经验者优先。
3. 技能要求：熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备良好的沟通和组织能力。
4. 英语要求：英语读写熟练，CET-4及以上优先。
5. 能够迅速掌握新知识、新技能，具备跨部门/跨职能协作经验，能适应多元化工作场景（如业务转型）
