要求：
本科以上学历，
5年以上相关工作经验，
化学、高分子化学、材料科学、摩擦学等相关专业；
有丰富的工艺介质开发经验，能独立负责新产品线开发
良好的英语口语和写作能力；
具备工业化学品研发经历并独立承担项目，有跨国企业研发经历优先。





Job Scope
Largely autonomously execute development assignments and tests under the supervision of the group leader, in order to contribute to the:


1. Development or improvement of Metal Working Fluids (MWFs) in support of the strategic plan.
2. Investigation and utilization of raw materials in newly developed and existing MWFs.
3. Standardize the internal and external test methods and also make contributions in the development of new testing techniques.
4. Resolving of customer related issues.
5. Project work is performed in cooperation with a variety of internal and external contacts.


Key Responsibility
1. Choose suitable additives for oil, and confirm the process technology of MWFs ；
2. Timely develop new products in accordance with market demands；
3. Be capable of completing R&D of related products independently;
4. Be able to cooperate well with additive suppliers, and have a deep understanding of the application of various additives;
5. Can not only develop the like products, but also provide some necessary guidance for their production, and solve the problems occurred in the production successfully;
6. Be able to use many kinds of equipment to test and analyze the various properties of lubricate;
7. Have a good understanding of every kind of lubricates, can not only research and develop the like products, but also give proper guidance for their selection and application;
8. Be familiar with R&D procedures, and be capable of predicting the feasibility of R&D of some products, and bringing down the cost of the existing products.
9. Can succeed in developing the similar products by analyzing the products of the competitors when necessary.
